To all Tenderers

TENDER REFERENCE NO.: FOR000ETT26000019

            You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Washington D.C. under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for provision of cleaning and janitorial services at the Singapore Embassy in Washington D.C. located at 3501 International Place NW, Washington DC 20008. 

2          This ITT contains the following:

a)                  Letter of Invitation;

b)                 Instructions to Tenderers;

c)                  Form of Tender Offer;

d)                 Conditions of Contract;

e)                 Requirement Specifications; and

f)                   Form of Agreement.


3          A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Thursday, 30 July 2026, 11.00am with a maximum of 2 representatives per company in attendance. Attendance of the site briefing as mandatory. This is  a critical criteria in the ITT requirement specifications and that non-compliance with the critical criteria will disqualify the Tender Proposal from further evaluation and award

4          Your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT before submitting your Tender Offer, sealed in an envelope addressed to the Embassy, marked “Tender for Provision of cleaning/janitorial services” by  26 August 2026, 5.00pm (Washington D.C. time):

5          All enquiries regarding this ITT, including obtaining the documents listed in para 2a as well as registering for the mandatory site visit, shall be made in writing and directed to:
