 You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Washington DC in the United States of America, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the supply of a new hybrid SUV vehicle for use by the Embassy.

2        This ITT exercise contains the following:

a)                  Cover Letter;

b)                 Instructions to Tenders;

c)                  Conditions of Contract;

d)                 Requirement Specifications (includes evaluation criteria); and

e)                 Tender response form / Vehicle information form

3        Kindly note of the Evaluation Criteria of this tender will be as follows:

·        Price Competitiveness (50 points)

·        Compliance with Specifications (10 points)

·        Features of the car (35 points)

·        Innovation (5 points)

4        Please be informed that the Authority shall be under no obligation to accept the lowest priced or any Tender Offer.

5        Your Tender offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with instructions of this ITT.  You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT document before submitting your Tender offer.
