QUOTATION REFERENCE NO.: WAS0074Q

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Washington DC, United States of America, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the provision of PABX system maintenance services at the Singapore Embassy.

2        This ITQ contains the following:

a)             Cover Letter;

b)             Instructions to Quote;

c)             Conditions of Contract; and

d)             Requirement Specifications (includes evaluation criteria).

3               Your Quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation.

4               All enquiries regarding this ITQ, including obtaining the above documents, shall be made in writing and directed to:

5        All enquiries are to be made in accordance with Clause 18.5 of the Instructions to Potential Suppliers. All price proposals are to reach the Embassy by 20 January 2026, 1200 hours, Washington DC time.

6        The Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or part of any price proposal and shall not enter in correspondences with any bidder regarding the reasons for non-acceptance of any price proposal.
