INVITATION TO QUOTE

FOR

PROVISION OF FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES AT THE EMBASSTY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN WASHINGTON DC

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Washington DC, United States of America, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the provision of fire protection services at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Washington DC.

The contract period is 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2028 (base period of 2 years), with an option to extend for one additional year from 1 September 2028 to 31 August 2029.

All enquiries regarding this ITQ, including the request for details of scope of work /  requirement specifications of this procurement exercise and also to make an appointment for the site show round in the embassy,  shall be made in writing and directed to:   Mr Terrence Hong (Terrence_hong@mfa.gov.sg)
